Details you provide
Our enquiry form asks for contact and event details, service interests and any package or add-on preferences you choose to provide. Company enquiries also ask for company details and a named contact person.
How your enquiry is used
Clickers Photo Bar uses these details to review your event enquiry and contact you about it. The form asks for your agreement to this use before submission.
Enquiry processing and security
The website uses Supabase to process enquiries and hold them in our staff management system. Cloudflare Turnstile checks help protect the form against automated submissions. Authorised staff use the details to respond to your enquiry.
Keeping your details
Enquiry details and review history are kept for enquiry handling and related business record needs. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion of information you have provided. We will review your request and any recordkeeping requirements that apply.
Google Calendar: information we access
Clickers Calendar Integration is an optional feature of our staff management application. A Clickers administrator connects the Google account that owns the designated event calendar. We request read-only access to the account’s calendar list to identify separate calendars owned by that account, and permission to view and edit events on calendars the account owns. Although Google grants that event permission at account level, our application limits event operations to the separate calendar the administrator selects and to events identified as created by Clickers.
How the Calendar integration uses data
We use calendar identifiers, calendar names and ownership information to select and validate the destination. We retrieve individual Clickers-managed events to check their source before creating, updating or deleting them. The integration is one-way: Google Calendar edits do not update a Clickers booking, and the application does not import unrelated calendar events into customer records.
Clickers sends the booking number, customer and event name, venue, event times, service titles and coverage hours, assigned staff names and roles, and a link to the booking. Prices, profit, staff compensation, customer contact details, tax identifiers and private notes are excluded. No attendee invitations are sent. Calendar events follow the selected calendar’s sharing settings, so people granted access to that calendar may see these operational details.
Storage, protection and service providers
The management application runs on Hostinger and stores integration records in Supabase. We retain the selected calendar identifier and name, event links, sync status and an encrypted Google refresh token to support background synchronization. Access tokens are used by the server to make authorized Google requests. Integration controls are limited to authorised administrators and require an authenticator check for sensitive changes. Google receives the operational event details described above.
Purpose limits and human access
Google user data is used to provide and maintain the Calendar synchronization feature. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access by authorised personnel is limited to operating and supporting the integration, security, and applicable legal requirements. Clickers Calendar Integration’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Stopping access and deleting integration data
An administrator can pause sync or choose “Disconnect — keep Google events” in management Settings. Disconnecting removes the active stored authorization credential and pending sync queue. It leaves events already sent to Google Calendar and their links for safe recovery; calendar owners can review and delete those events in Google Calendar. Google access can also be revoked in the connected account’s Google Account connections. Contact hello@clickers.ph to request deletion of retained integration records. Copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire under their retention settings.
