Clickers Photo Bar operates a separate management application for authorised staff. It supports event enquiries, quotations, bookings and event coordination.

Clickers Calendar Integration

The management application uses an authorised, one-way Google Calendar integration to keep a designated Clickers event calendar updated from the management system.

Only an authorised Clickers administrator connects Google. The integration reads the connected account’s calendar list so the administrator can select a separate calendar, then maintains Clickers-managed booking events in that calendar. It does not import unrelated events or make the calendar public.

Operational event details include booking and customer names, times, venue, services and assigned staff. Financial data and private notes are excluded. See our privacy notice for Google data access, storage, sharing and disconnection details.

The public website does not require guests to sign in with Google or provide access to their calendars.
